Left sinus and left side of throat are giving me trouble. Time to irrigate. Keeping sinuses clear keeps lungs clear. At lest with me, there’s a definite connection.

What do you use to irrigate?

I use salt water and pulmicort respules. In a Neil Med bottle. I have tried every spray out there. None of them work for me.

I too have bad sinus problems ; along with allergies . Both I've these contribute to me getting asthma later in life. I use saline solution irrigation. This helps me better than using Flonase nose spray.
