Only diagnosed for one year but my tip for dealing with asthma is taking very good care of yourself. Get plenty of sleep and take meds and go to the doctor as soon as you get sick. Follow through with getting allergy shots. ..Avoid the things you are allergic to

Although getting older with other conditions make it harder not to get sick, am fighting a severe asthma flare with bronchitis, 4 plus breathing treatments a day plus everything else can really put a toll on someone! But I am great full it's not pneumonia and not hospitalized!
