Weakness after sttack

Had a bad asthma attack last night, very weak today. how long will this last?

i hope you have found some relief and rest from your attack. I'm new to this site but wanted to send encouragement your way even ten days late. I've struggled with asthma for almost 20 years. sending healing thoughts and peace.

Do you know what triggered your attack? If you're still weak, you're probably not over it yet. And yes, it can take a lot out of you. Pamper yourself while you get the wind back in your sails.

When my asthma acts up bad it usually take me bout almost week get back to myself. I been in hospital last Saturday and this Saturday I'm still under the weather doing treatments every 4-6 hours and taking medicine on side
