Living with Asthma and Fibromyalgia

Along with the pain associated with Fibromyalgia, I also have asthma, chronic fatigue and chronic pain. I'm really trying to not eat inflammatory foods such as sugar, legumes, grains, dairy, and alcohol. I read food labels to limit carbs, sugars, and flour. Sometimes it's impossible to alleviate some of the inflammatory foods, but I do the best I can. My asthma is better managed if I don't eat the above mentioned foods. Eliminating the 5 inflammatory foods doesn't seem to help my Fibromyalgia , though..

Hi gmanini4 thanks for sharing your experience! I think it's really helpful for other members to know about such food and its affect. Hope there will be others sharing their findings too :) all the best!
