What triggers your asthma?

Hi everyone,

I was reading your posts across the community and also looked at the polls' results. That gave me a thought that many people have different triggers that cause their asthma attack.

Please share what triggers your asthma with the rest of community members here! :)

My asthma attacks are often triggered by stress and/or allergies to foods or environmental allergens. I can sometimes walk into Walmart and my nose will start running and my eyes will start to water and I have no earthly clue as to what my body is reacting to other than something in the materials in clothing or bedding or towels.

Chemicals, especially cleaning supplies. Same here. I can walk into Sams Club, Goidwill and other stores like that and I will get sick approximatelty 15 minutes after walking in the door.
