Anybody had a bad exp starting fluoxetine

I’m on day 14 of 20mg of Fluoxetine. I’ve definitely been feeling worse since Starting. Feelings of panic, dread, total loss of appetite, upset stomach. Perhaps the worst thing for me is sleeplessness which leaves me feeling wretched in the mornings especially. In the past couple of days I’ve noticed the panic and dread has begun to come and go so I’m taking this as a positive sig.ne things are improving for me. I’ve been off work for a week now and don’t yet feel ready to go back.
