Yes it’s through tensing a lot. As anxiety hits we automatically tense our bodies. It’s nothing to worry about I promise ❤️xxx

I get this one as well as jaw ache which husband would say is through me never shutting up but it is not it is because I tense my jaw even when I don't realise I am this cause cheeks to ache to
