Hi I'm starting a apprenticeship and have to go to.college and am.really scared as finding it difficult to make friends

Story of my life! Live fpr each minute don't look into what might happen that's too scary . I am 59 & have to live by each minute still!! Its amazing what then happens & be yourself ..good luck

When ever there are any changes in our life's it can feel very daunting and we can get anxious and then our minds will start getting negative and go into the mode of all the " what if's " but always negative one's as what if you make so many friends you don't have time to fit them all in

Congratulations getting an apprenticeship they can be very hard to get and you must have had an interview and who ever interviewed you must have liked you to offer you the position , so that is one person that thought you were nice before you start

Try and see you are there to learn and sometimes you make friends and others you make what I call acquaintances people we may talk to but not mix with outside the environment we are in

Be yourself that is all you can be and I am sure as you settle in you will feel a lot different from what you feel now & remember you are just as good as everyone else on that course , that is why you were given a place
