New tablets

Has anyone ever heard of catalpram before these are the new tablets I'm on until I see the mental health team im scared of taking them tho

Oh sorry you are still worrying about the medication

Have you thought of maybe just taking one & saying one won't harm me ( because it won't ) and tomorrow I will decide if to take another one

This way we can still feel in control knowing it is up to us rather than thinking we have to take them every day & that fear that the thought gives us

Remember if you really did get any side effects ( which may be more in your head due to anxiety ) you can always decide not to take them but they could be worth a try & make you feel so much better x

I have decided to take one for tonight and see how I go, I took I like 2 hours ago and I'm feeling okay at the moment 😊 xx

You will be fine honestly , remember one tablet won't harm you & tomorrow well you can decide what to do when that comes round but for tonight you did really well x

Yes there a bit of a hit or a miss but you won't know until you try them, if they don't work for you the sooner you know the better to move on to something else. Mirtazapine works the best for me.

Yes citrol is the same as citrapram I was terrified to take them I'm on my 10th day u should try take them before bed help you sleep and help u on your road to getting better good luck
