I always say no matter what we can only ask of ourselves to do the best we can so well done

I know it can be very miserable but slowly it does get better it can take time though

Thank you for telling us where you live it helps to know is someone is in the UK , America or somewhere else , because of maybe the time differences or knowing if we are reply things like medical care may be different depending where we live
