It always difficult but take comfort that it does get easier. Keep in mind that this may be the only time you'll have to do this if you disclose before taking it too far. My best advice would be to be frank, open and honest. It's hard but it has to be done and you're the best one to do it.

Well, start by making sure you're clear on everything and also explaining in detail what it is and how to take care of it if you have that down then you gotta think of the best way and time and do you know how he / she feels about it?

I don't mean to sound insensitive, but just tell him (or her) as soon as possible. Whether or not you're in an open relationship, and what you did is okay, they deserve to know. There's no excuse for putting another person at risk - especially without their knowledge - no matter how well medicine controls the virus.

Tell him. Love conquers all. If he doesn't accept you, then he wasn't the husband you deserved. Honesty is always the best policy. Hugs, and all the best. 🌈
