The first statement is difficult to comply 100% all the time. There is so much that happened with me to forget to carry, to just travel and the time zone brings to middle of the night time to take the pills. My doctor, a Researcher for the Government Lab, told me, just adjust but try to avoid not taking, but once os twice in a 6 moths period is ok. I am talking the medication since 2004 and have changed just to have a better medication with less side effects.

The second question: I was following on a 3 months period the CD4 till it gets too low, around 200, and the simple infections started. And them I started taking the pills. I felt getting better and in a good health around 400 and I have been around 600 since them and undetectable.

Sorry for the long story. We all have one. Right?

Around 600 is good cd4.. Best to take ur meds but often times life happen and other issues beyond ur control. Just eat right exercise and take meds.. You can live a long full life if u take ur meds right
