Cold head in night

Hi I have pulmonary fibrosis & on O2 including 1 litre at night. I’ve started waking in the night feeling really cold especially the top of my head. I put on a fleece & woolly hat but feel agitated so can’t get back to sleep for ages. (House heated, bedding the same etc).

Has anyone else experienced this/ any idea what it could be?

Hello Tawny10, I was reading somewhere that wearing bed socks in bed was helpful in getting a good nights sleep. Not sure it would help your cold head situation but might be worth a try. Socks on your feet of course , not your head!
