veins arteries

hi has anyone experinenced oxygen dropping due to not going straight to the lungs it goes from vein /arteries

My oxygen levels drop to dangerous levels because of my ILD & also I think pulmonary hypertension .I have hospitalised more than 10 times & I know this will happen every time -when I have a flare up

My base levels are 88-92 . anything below that -if they dont go back up after resting is dangerous

What ild do u have ? As I’m getting tested as well they have now mentioned restrictive lungs so not sure yet
