Fibrosis 3 and one single regenerative nodule

I am wondering what experience anyone has possibly had with having only one single regenerative nodule and no others….if so what level of fibrosis did you have or did you have cirrhosis? Did it go away? Thank you so much!

**Note - this one nodule appeared right after my nodular contour resolved to a subtle contour irregularity...so maybe just part of the healing? I had not been drinking for 6 months when this popped up...it was described as one cm solid circumscribed lesion ...the imaging says "likely an incidental regenerative nodule".

I am a 17 kpa with a high IQR - 26% - hoping I am F3 but not sure if the regenerative nodule is possible in this stage..
