Hi I was diagnosed with a fatty liver from lifetime diabetes, F-3 Fibrosis and some Cirrhosis , I have been on a low carb diet for 2 years, and exercise in all weather except during the winter months. I have lost about 80lbs since I really started strong about 18 mos. ago. I live in Indiana and doctor with Liver dept. of IU Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. I am interested in tis new site , didn't know of its existence, but now that I am here I want to be a part of it and get to know others here . Ron
