I’m 53-year-old female 6‘1“ tall I’m hoping somebody can give me some information and some reassurance I have a fatty liver so I had some slightly elevated liver enzymes my blood work came back OK except for my AL P levels the doctor said that he was going to run a fraction iced level to see where it’s coming from my liver or my bone it came back that it’s a slightly elevated within the range from my bone my ALP tests came back at 121 and then at 127. The Gastro said that it wasn’t my liver function that was a concern that was normal but he wants me to get a bone evaluation from my doctor I had a herniated disc in 2014 I had surgery and I have lumbar issues since then which is very painful I also have a vitamin D deficiency I also have a CAT scan but shows I have a gallstone a small gallstone can somebody please let me know if I have reasons to be really concerned these are slightly elevated levels but he still wants me to get evaluated by my doctor I googled this and I shouldn’t have any talks about possible things that can be going on with your bones like bone cancer osteoporosis immediately I freak out!!! I’m hoping this is nothing to be concerned about it’s not a huge level very high levels to be concerned about but yet I’m concerned. Please give me your feedback

Hello there! How have you been? Have you gotten a confirmed diagnosis for your elevated ALP? Also, what did your doctor recommend for the stones? I have elevated ALP as well, it was 135 about 5 months back and now it is at 172. I'm having an ultrasound of my liver next week and will be meeting with my family doctor after that to figure out the next steps!
