Need advice

I started beeb exhausted 5 years ago and my lymphocytes had been elevated for a lot of years . The doctors kept saying it's with me having inflammation in my body . My hip pain started 5 years ago and only slightly but now the pain is in my knees into my pain, the pain is excruciating and finding it hard to motivate without painkillers. I'm a full time carer and need my job. After 5 years a doctor listened to me . I went for my hips and knees xrayed . They found arthritis in both hips and knees. And also 2 sclerotic foci in my right ischuim and left femoral. My friend said I need the doctor to investigate more. What is it. And what does she mean. She's saying it could be cancer 😣😣😣😢😢😢
