Stress Control is a six session class that tackles the common stress problems of anxiety, depression, panicky feelings, insomnia, low self-confidence and poor self-esteem. In the class you learn the skills to 'become your own therapist'. It uses cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to reduce stress and Positive Psychology and Mindfulness to boost wellbeing.
