I got diagnosed recently and have been pain managing myself but since having a virus I have chronic pain. Went to docs and want to give me antidepressants which don't work well for me I was told about LDN by a friend and have read about it and seems this would be a better drug for me but my doctor won't prescribe it where and how do it get this?

I had to see a Rheumatologist to get LDN prescribed. I have fibromyalgia, Hoshimotos, and a couple other auto immune disorders. I have read about LDN helping fibromyalgia and Hoshimotos, although my doc isn't prescribing it for those, she is prescribing for Lupus. I just happen to have the other conditions that it also helps.

If you can't find a local/semi-local doctor on the list, many people have success with calling local compounding pharmacies and asking for the names of prescribing doctors.

Other's have had good luck educating their own doctors, GP's and specialists. There's a lot of information you can download and give to your medical professional. Any doctor can prescribe LDN.
