Problem with password

4 Replies

I don't have my password which is required to be able to change it. (I've been logging on automatically, but it doesn't show up in my "saved passwords". Is there someone who monitors the website who can help? Thanks.

Hi

If you log out and then don't log back in and click forgot password and you will then see messages to help.

Thanks, I'll try it now.

I've been trying....will try again. Right now I get directly into

the website because it's a *saved* password, but it doesn't

show up when I look for it in my chrome software, the

section that shows saved passwords so I can't get online

using my phone.

It may have worked this time. I’ll see if I can logon next time but I think it’s OK for now. Thank you very much
