Dr Jonathan Collin on the LDN Radio Show 12th September 2018
Dr. Jonathan Collin is a general practitioner with expertise in integrative and functional medicine practicing in Kirkland and Port Townsend, Washington State, USA. He is a graduate of Albany Medical College and Cornell University. Dr. Collin did residency training in internal medicine. He is board certified in chelation therapy.
Dr. Collin is publisher and editor-in-chief of the Townsend Letter, a magazine that examines functional and naturopathic medicine.
He founded the award-winner publication in 1983. The Townsend Letter serves as a forum for practitioners who are seeking to share techniques and therapies generally not utilized in conventional medicine.
Dr. Collin served on the advisory committee of the U.S. Congressional Office of Technology Assessment study of unconventional cancer treatment from 1985 through 1991. Subsequent to that study Congress authorized the established of the Office of Alternative Medicine in 1992 that is still functioning now as the Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CCAM) at the N.I.H.
His wife, Deborah, and he are enjoying spending time with their first granddaughter, Jacqueline, who is adorable!
