So…….the current stance of for example, the NHS, that high cholesterol causes CVD and that low fat diets should be followed by everyone, is more to do with most nutrition specialists being unable to admit they’re wrong rather than the evidence from any relevant studies indicating this. Shameful but not surprising. Good video.

Hi Mike. Hope you don't mind me emailing you. Would just like to ask what you're diet mainly consists of? In the past ate a whole lot of carbs. Not good I know now!!
