Day 3

Diet wise same old same old, but tweaked the kippers with some prawns. Usually go for tea at my mother in laws on a Tuesday, but I didn't go on this occasion, and saved the prawns (usually on a baked potato) for yesterday. So, half a tin of kippers and the prawns.

Through the day not hungry but 10pm yesterday a there wave of hunger, which passed. Same in the early hours and when I awoke at 5pm wasn't hungry. Broke fast at 6.45.

Worked all day, so no exercise.

It's easy to do so long as you are occupied, sitting idle in front of the box and you can hear the fridge call!

Type her name into YouTube. She’s got hundreds of videos about the benefits of fasting and how to use it to lose weight and heal various conditions. I used her method to drop the last resistant 3 lbs (3-3-1 = 3 days Keto IF, 3 days 24h fast/OMAD, 1 day 36h)
