An update and thank you on my request for advice for a T2 diabetic

After a phone call, starting with "tell me to mind my own business if you like, but . . . " and a follow-up email with all the links you helpful people gave me, I have just had an email back thanking me. They have watched the videos, said they learned from them, and will give it a go. So this is to say THANK YOU!

Wow.

What a great result, and well done for formulating a successful approach. I'm pretty sure I couldn't have achieved that.

I do hope they come back to you a couple of months from now and say "those videos changed my life". We get quite a few posts like that in this forum.
