A lot of us share our plans in the Daily Diary over on NHS Weight Loss. Just skip over the ones who are calorie counting, and read those who say LCHF or keto.

This is today's!

As for recipes, dietdoctor.com carbdodging.com

I also make the foods I always made, just removing the things I no longer eat, or substituting them with other choices. Simarly, if I see a recipe I like, I might replace the pasta with sliced cabbage, but beyond that, make it exactly as described. You will develop an instinct quickly.

Breakfast today I had two fried eggs cooked in butter and half an avocado with chilli flakes a and salt. Coffee with cream and then just more coffee until supper when I had pork chop green beans and asparagus. Drank vodka and lime with soda water and a brandy nightcap. Satiated, no cravings and survived a restaurant meal. Good luck!

Brunch most days is a simple two egg omelette with cheese, then I add lettuce/a few cherry tomatoes on the side... supper yesterday was smoked salmon with avocado and salad. I had a snack at one point, a few almonds and brazil nuts and a glass of unsweetened almond milk. Apart from that... just green tea. Felt comfortable, not hungry.

Hope you enjoy discovering some new combinations to try!
