Theyve said aim between 2 or 3 meals a day and no snacking in between. But I'm eating cheese and nuts in between.

No not fully keto. I have cut out starches grains etc but still snack in the day on pecans and cheese which maybe I shouldn't. And an apple

Snacking on cheese and nuts its much better than say chocolate etc lol. Maybe you need to add more fat to your meals or veg so you feel fuller so you dont feel the urge to snack?

Yes been eating cheese but noticed constipated a bit so will add more veg. I can eat pecans or cheese and am still hungry hr later. It's all hard work and I think about food constantly. Must be an addict !!!

When you think about food try something to take your mind off it. Call a friend, watch a film or come on here to chat with others. This firum helps me out a lot.

I invented a mind game to help stop snacking and eating too much. When I didn't eat and felt hungry, at the same time I would notice I felt lighter, my trouser were slightly looser. I'd then tell myself (quite rightly) that I was well on the way to being lighter and healthier. And I concentrated on taking pleasure in that feeling.

Not sure I've explained that very well, but for me it was, and still is, a positive reward, or an aim or target, instead of guilt which would never work with me.

Yes at present I feel guilty for wanting food all the time in the way noone in my family or outside know how I'm struggling. I just cant seem to get started the more I see my overweight obesity the more low I get and the snacking starts or food eating all day
