Tuna salad for lunch

Fish n veg for dinner

Ff yoghurt and small fruit n Berry snacks.

Still counting cals till head gets around fat and seeing results. Change is hard🐷

Well done I also have this as a good old stand by when I’m in from work tired but hungry.

I don’t generally have so many toms as they are more carbs than green veg so I limit a couple of cherry toms ( lowest carbs) in my salad or with my dinner later. These are the little details on low carb that it takes a while to learn... find a good app to explore your options. I use KetoDiet app. It lists a huge amount of food and the breakdown of macros ( carb, protein, fat) in what you’re eating . Good start 👍
