Hi I am Bodge late 50s & several stone overweight female. I am giving LCHF a try and I am 12 days in. My husband thinks he has died and gone to heaven as we have had a cooked breakfast most mornings 😁. Early days but finding this very enjoyable and the weight is shifting too. Keep expecting to find a catch but so far so good.

Great innit! I lost 4 st and juts carried on eating the same with some extra carbs and weight still plus / minus 2lb of same since January ... keep going and enjoy, plus lots of ideas and help here if you have any questions or looking for new meal ideas. :)

There is no catch :)

It works, and it's tasty. In fact it works because it's tasty.

Just be aware that things can be a little bumpy for the first couple of months. The problems that occur are minor and resolve themselves as your body adapts, but if you do hit any snags, drop by and mention it. Someone will have been there and will have some advice.
