Very Confused reducing the amount of carbs at the moment but not entirely cutting them out but when checking on carbs i am getting different amount. Where is the best place to check on the carbs you are having Thank you

If you're only going "moderate carb" rather than keto, the exact numbers are not important - you might want to just refer to the visual guides on dietdoctor.com:

you really don't need to get too hung up on the numbers unless you are doing induction. If you've reduced carbs and added fat, then you're doing LCHF, and you'll get the health/weightloss benefits.
