Depends on what you want to achieve.

If health is the issue, then no, just drink water.

Pepsi max is fake sugar.

It is best to avoid. Having said that, I do take diet coke once in a while, may be one/two cans in a week. Hope to get rid of it altogether.

Hi

I was having four cans of Pepsi cherry max a day, then decided to follow LCHF I cut all them out all together, going cold turkey was awful I was desperate for one, but didn’t give in.

I felt so much better not having them after a while. I had one maybe a month ago and oh my word the artificial taste was awful, and I felt terrible a few hours afterwards.

Best wishes

Depends what you mean by "OK". Personally, I'd try to avoid synthetic rubbish, even if it's sugar-free, but I don't see any harm in it if it's once in a while (as opposed to a regular habit).

Hi Monkeypants, I never used to like sparkling water, but somehow my tastes have changed since going LCHF, and I now think there’s nothing better than sparkling water with ice and a slice of fresh lime.

Same here, fizzy water with lime or lemon.

Or, if I'm out with friends, I have a tonic water with lemon; I tried soda and lime but the lime cordial tastes very sweet now.

When we get the weather for it, Pimms is my favourite summer drink, but it'll be tricky on LCHF.

Yes soda and lime cordial is def too sweet!
