Dr Unwin Describing the start of his journey

This is a presentation recorded in Breckenridge, Colorado, February 2017 and published in March 2017. Personally, I had the privalage to listen to a similar presentation in a small hotel in Skipton in the 2016 shortly after he was awarded NHS Innovator of the Year - the first GP to achieve that award.

The full presentation is within the membership area of the dietdoctor.com web site but membership is free for a month. The membership is to enable the information to remain available free from any commercial interests.

Dr. Unwin is like Clark Kent. Mild mannered, but in reality Superman.

The thing to bear in mind though is he was alerted to low carb by a punter like you and I. Pity we don't know her name.

Like I say, change will come from the bottom up, not from the top down.
