Tiredness on TKIs

How tried do you get and how long on TKI?

I have serious issues with fatigue. I would say I cannot walk 100 yards or climb stairs without becoming exhausted. I general need 12 hours a day in bed and than periods rests the next 12 hours. I amd I cannot do any type of physical chores.

This didn't start for the first few months but is now the worse problem.

I am on 30mg of Cabozantinib only a half dose.
