Recovering from Stage 3 kidney cancer. Large 7mm mass removed along with radical nephrectomy of right kidney as well as adrenal gland.

GFR in 40’s for remaining Kidney.

Anyone with similar circumstances that can give advice on how they handle it?

Hi,

I just try and eat a healthy diet. Just gave up coffee and now only drink water. Hot water in the morning. Also have lymphoma and undergoing treatment so want to prevent tumor lysis killing my remaining kidney.

My wife’s oncologist has her drinking a glass of lemonade daily. It has improved her kidney function numbers. Ask your oncologist about this. I don’t know your situation...
