HI

I had significant itching but with spots on about my second session of Rituximab. This started at the extremeties. This, over a matter of a few days, progressed up each limb (both arms and legs) and was resolved by a short but very strong dose of the steroids. This resolved it really quickly but was extremely painful and uncomfortable.

I am assuming you are not on the Rituximab now so my experience is probably not valid. Definately worth to talking to your consultant about.

Yes, I had the same problem with Rituximab, and I had 4 weeks I.V. therapy. and did not help me ,and doctor put me on Revolade50mg one pill per day. My blood platelet count went up to 169 from 13,and I am monitoring my medication because if my blood platelet goes too high up, I would have blood clot in my body, and I do not want to have the stroke or pulmonary embolism. Hope you feel better in the New Year.
