Doptelet – 2 pills, 40 mg a day is keeping my platelets up around 90,000. Without medication I go down to 5,000. I was diagnosed in 2014 and my body has rejected all drugs - including trials. I'm happy to have found this pill!

Glad to hear of a success story 🙂A Google search shows this to be the trade name of avatrombopag (the new TPO-RA that was discussed at the ITP Convention).
