Sunshine On A Rainy Day - The importance of Vitamin D

I have written a short article on the importance of Vitamin D in the latest episode of my ITP blog.

Getting enough Vitamin D is especially difficult for those of us who do not see much sunshine in the Winter months.

The article looks at why Vitamin D is so important, what food sources provide it and what a deficiency of it can potentially cause.

I hope people find it interesting and helpful.

Interesting: thank-you, Anthony. You're lucky to have found a source of vitamin D at the appropriate strength! Most shops sell it only at hugely inflated strengths... 🙄

Yes I know what you mean. Here in the UK I notice that many retailers sell it at 25ug dosage. I get mine from Holland and Barrett which are easy for me to get too. I also know that Boots have the 10ug tablets but most others seen to stick the 25ug versions
