My platletts have been as low as 2 what does this mean?

Hello does your oncologist know that your platlets are that low? Because usually when my platelets are that low i usually get sent to the emergency room not by ambulance i usually take my self ... I would make a phone call to your oncologist... So far i have been good i just saw my oncologist about two weeks ago and my platlets are at 113,000 my last treatment was back in september 2015 since then i have been real good i get blood drawn every month and i see my oncologist like every 3 to 6 months... When im hospitalized i usually get IVIG which helps me out... So talk to your Doc amd see what he or she wants to do with you....

I had treatment other day my platlets hav gone up to 238

Thats good which is a normal count so hopefully your platelets stay in the high range numbers i keep track of my platlet count just to see how much they have gone down with in one month your not alone if your platlets drop which it has happened to the majority of us its a roller coaster ride platlets go up and down. I have been reading alot of these post and i have read on these post that papaya leaves are good i never tried it... But keep your fingers crossed that your platlets dont drop too soon
