Hi Salmagal - when did you last have your blood count taken? Blood blisters usually mean a low count, so yes I would get it checked out - if only to give you peace of mind. Tiredness can come from a falling blood count. Nicky

I think people with chronic ITP know when their count has dropped significantly, I can certainly tell. Fatigue, bruising easily and blisters inside my mouth mean a very low count for me.

I would get it checked out.

Hi, I would get your count checked just to be safe, especially if your bruises are very dark, black or dark purple. If they are not too concerned, they may not give you any medication, but may give you a steroid boost for a short time if your count is low enough for concern. Have a good weekend.
