Good luck charms

If there’s anyone that believes in good charms etc.. what charms do you use to help you get through your fertility issues? And have they helped?

Just trying to look for some sort of hope. I suffer with pcos and stage 4 endometriosis. Currently on the waiting list for my first free go of ivf and donor sperm.
