Braindead: My Brother suffered a sever asthma... - ICUsteps
Braindead
in U.K. you can request a second opinion but the team are not obliged to grant your request - I dont know how you stand in USA
if you are in the U.S. you can reach out to very large church organizations and if they have a hospital committee. You might find folks that know answers to your questions and offer directions. Regardless of what doctors say a person in a coma is still in there albeit highly sedated. I died twice and recovering from a sepsis coma. They said I would never get out of ICU. I had to learn to walk, talk, breathe without a ventilator. I am able to drive and do everything myself. Find others who have gone thru this. Never give up!
