Hi again, thanks to everyone who took the time to reply to my last post, I really appreciate it.

I was thinking about requesting my medical notes to read through for a bit of closure? The process seems simple on the hospital website... but I just wondered if anyone had done this and if it actually helped or just created more questions?

Yes, I did this, and read them in privacy at my doctors. It did help with processing for sure, but closure still escapes me. Take care x
