I was in icu the beginning of this year from the flu which got complications double pneumonia and sepsis. In a coma for several days all from the flu I developed ARDS. Now that the flu season is around the corner I do not know if I should get the flu vaccine. In the past I have reactions to it. Also, I am still recovering from this sepsis. I am feeling better but have had some issues with walking and fatigue I still do not feel totally well, I have had colds and still do not feel like myself, just not sure what to do, and also suffering from PTSD the doctor say its mild but I am super paranoid wear a mask everywhere. when I do not where one I write down everywhere I went that day and stay vigilante with any kind of symptoms. I am super paranoid!

PARANOID
You aren't paranoid in the true sense of the word, just understandably anxious having had a serious health event which takes a long time to recover from. You would need to talk to your GP. Re jab. My husband has recently been ventilated in ICU with a serious lung infection. He has had the flu inj after taking medical advice. He is not recovered but at least has some protection from flu.
The flu vaccine might save your life, so I would have it if you can. I agree with Stayloose that you are understandably anxious. It takes quite a while to recover from sepsis and from a coma so try to be patient! I know from my own experience that convalescence is not a laugh a minute.
It’s always a good idea to wash your hands and try not to touch your face, nose eyes, mouth when in public - that will reduce the chance of picking up infection. A mask will only protect you for about 20mins. It’s better to wear it if you have a cold/cough to stop others getting what you have. Talk to doctor about flu jab - I had the same problems as you - whilst I don’t feel great after flu jab - it’s not like the flu!!!
Carry a small alcohol gel with you. I don’t touch handles, wear gloves for petrol siphon, shopping trolleys, I wipe down arm rests on trains, tubes, buses etc etc - best of luck
