Having pelvic spasms inside where my uterus used to be. Does not hurt thank goodness but the last two days I’ve been having bouts of spasms. Any ideas what this could be? Also having major tiredness. It’s a weird feeling.

Unfortunately no answers as your post could be mine I'm about 14 weeks post OP and have Been having spasms twinges pain I'm describing it in my vaginal canal? Not so much in my upper area more lower and one day it felt like a (excuse me) half type arousal feeling but throbbing so unpleasant.

I've went from trying to do some exercise 2 weeks ago to garden and house painting to sore, twingy and definately tired too.

I'm thinking I've either tried on far too much too soon and possibly my body is telling me no, painting fences is not for your body yet.

I've back pain which has been moving from left sided buttock sit bone area to the right side same, to generally dull achey and that doesn't half turned in inside Vag area. It's not nice.

I tried to make a Dr's appointment yesterday and was eaten alive by a pitbull of a secretary telling me I need to phone on the day and the D

Did r screens the calls and takes appointments I believe that day? ...its very odd as I can't plan now, get an appointment and have my child minded? So odd.

Did you say how many weeks post op you are sorry?

Thank you.

Helly.

I’m 8 weeks post op. I’ve had the bum pain form day one post op. It come and goes as does the spasms. Doctor couldn’t give me an answer due to the bum pain which annoyed me. Suggested Pilates. I know my body isn’t up to that yet so I do what I can day to day. The bloating and soreness and spasms and bum pain and tiredness and sharp period like pains and need I go on is still a problem for me.

Please don’t try Pilates so soon post op. I had TAH and BSO and at my 6 week check up with the consultant he told me absolutely no Pilates for at least 3 month’s post op. I went back to class 17 weeks post op and I am taking things very carefully indeed!

You are in the very early healing stages its lots to heal as blood vessels, scar tissue etc all healing and working hard to heal. I'd suspect at this stage and possibly my stage too it's still healing happening.

I felt healed at 12/13 weeks but probably pushed myself with some outdoor painting and cardio and thsts why I am crampy and spasmy. I also feel bloated and tired and previously thought I was past that.

More time is needed in both our cases I suspect.

Good luck.

Thankyou ladies it’s tough when you get advice form suck professionals who actually have no idea.(doctors) I am now trying to not feel guilty about all of this. Hard when the outside world thinks well you’ve had your op you should be fine now what do I have to complain about
