If you are ok with mousing, you could use the on-screen keyboard. On my computer I go to "start", "all programs", "accessories", then "accessibiltiy" - there you can click on "on-screen keyboard".

I might be stating the obvious here, but until I worked with a lad with muscular dystrophy a couple of years ago, I didn't realise there was an on-screen keyboard!
