Headaches alot

I am suffering with a lot headaches, I have Hughes Disease. It normal having headaches for longing period of time? Can you give any advice or guidance. Thank, My last inr was 3.0. I am taking Warfarin since 2007. Thanks

I get horrendous headaches. One of my doctors stated that the headaches are from Menopause, but I disagree. Through trial and error, I have used ice which helps a great deal, along with Advil and muscle relaxants (Soma) at the onset of a Migraine. Often my migraines manifest while I sleep and are much worse first thing in the morning or with stress. I found that eliminating caffeine and making sure my blood sugar is as normal as possible, helps so much. Caffeine is a huge contributor to the headaches. If you find out more or find a remedy please share. Good luck to you.
