Can anyone tell me if IgG3 is affected from APS? My IgG1,2 were pretty normal but 3 was High and 4 was at the bottom of the chart. Thank you if anyone can help me understand this.

Hi Lori, the quantitative immunoglobulin tests are frequently abnormal (either high or low) in patients with any autoimmune disease. In order to develop an autoimmune disease, by definition, your immune system ihas to be dysregulated. This is not specific to APS.
