Thanks Heather, there were a few that I regularly use in making meals and for tea that I did not know about. I'll have to reduce certain amounts for my husband's diet over time, things like onions and garlic and flax seed and olive oil, slowly changing to other alternatives. His INR does not really fluctuate much at all, with a consistent and usual diet, but the occasional mango, papaya, and herbs do sometimes make a difference.
