I have been having the worst pain in my should blade and neck, it's been 7 months now... I've tried yoga, acupuncture, chiro, nothing helps.

It keeps me up all night (can only sleep 2 hours at a time) and wake up from the pain...

I have a 7 month old baby which doesn't help my situation at all...

Has anyone gone through this for so long?? I don't know what to do!

That sounds terrible and it must be hard to attend to your daily activities especially with a baby.

Have you had any MRI tests or ultrasounds. ? Nerve impingement. X-ray ? Fracture. Physio can be helpful. But it sounds like you have tried everything. Hope you get sorted soon.

Can you let me know if you have Hughes Syndrome/APS, and if so who is looking after your care, this is to make sure you are on the correct forum? MaryF

I've been tested for everything... My health is perfect... I've always had back and neck probs as I have very large breasts and always had a bad posture...

About 1 week before I gave birth I thought I was having a heart attack went to hospital... My heart was fine, doctor said I must of pulled a muscle.

I then got better in a couple of days but still very uncomfortable,..

I had a c.section and had no time to go to doc so I let it go for like 2 months thinking it would go away... But it's still here... I just want to know if anyone has had it for so long... Doc said once I stop breast feeding and picking my baby up so much it will get better... But that's still along way away... Too long not to be able to sleep...

So sorry to hear that you feel so awful. This is a site for APS and probably you do not have that. All the same I think you shall talk to your GP or the the women who attend your baby (I do not know what you call it in English). I was also breast feeding a lot and always had a good position for my arms so I could relax.

I do hope you will have a solution soon .Perhaps you can find another place where they understand your problems.

Take care and best wishes from Kerstin in Stockholm

Have you tried one of those breast feeding cushions? they help to get a good supported position whilst feeding
