Hi it is is fairly common to look at thyroid issues with Hughes Syndrome/APS. Professor Hughes himself frequently write about the trio of disease which is APS, Sjogrens and Thryoid problems. Be aware that there are real issues around thyroid testing with the actual tests not being foolproof and the actual parameters of the testing being rather narrow, this complained about across the world. The NHS forum of choice is Thyroid UK, which has a forum on this same HU platform, and their charity website also carries very good information, I joined myself once I became suspicious, and indeed have sub clinical thryoid issues myself.
